Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operationsLead and manage kitchen staff effectivelyEnsure top-notch hygiene & food safety standardsManage inventory, stock levels & cost controlMaintain quality, consistency, and timely food service
Requirements:
Strong leadership & kitchen management skillsMulticuisine knowledge preferredAbility to work under pressure & handle fast-paced serviceProven experience in a similar role
