Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team in Saudi Arabia. The technician will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of commercial kitchen equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations across hotel, catering, or facility sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen appliances (ovens, fryers, dishwashers, steamers, chillers, mixers, etc.).
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and temperature control issues in kitchen equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections according to schedule.
• Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, thermostats, compressors, and heating elements.
• Maintain accurate service and repair logs for all equipment.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
• Respond quickly to breakdown calls to minimize kitchen downtime.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of new kitchen installations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and kitchen staff to plan maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Technical Diploma / ITI Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of GCC experience in kitchen equipment maintenance (preferably in hotels, restaurants, or catering companies).
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen brands (Rational, Electrolux, Hobart, Zanussi, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• South Indians preferred

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.
• May require shift work, overtime, and emergency maintenance support
