Job Description

1. Staff Management & Training:

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of kitchen staff.
  • Training new kitchen staff on various tasks and procedures.
  • Ensuring staff adheres to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Creating and managing staff schedules.

2. Food Preparation & Service:

  • Ensuring all food is prepared according to standardized recipes and menus.
  • Overseeing the timely preparation and cooking of meals.
  • Ensuring all dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated.
  • Maintaining quality and consistency in food preparation.

3. Inventory & Ordering:

  • Managing and monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies.
  • Placing orders for necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensuring proper storage of food items to maintain freshness and safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
