Key Roles & Responsibilities: Retail Sales & Market Coverage Visit local markets daily for shop-to-shop retail sales . Identify new outlets and ensure regular follow-ups for order generation. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate leads through cold visits, references, and market networking. Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and offering the right product solutions. Retailer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Collect feedback on product demand, pricing, and competitor activities. Product Placement & Visibility Ensure proper product placement, brand visibility, and point-of-sale material usage at retail outlets. Share market insights with the marketing team to plan in-store promotions. Reporting & Coordination Maintain sales records, daily visit logs, and customer interaction reports. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and distribution teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG (preferably in edible oil/dairy segment). Proven offline sales or retail handling experience. Good communication and negotiation skills in local language Hindi & Marathi Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
