Position Overview As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Kinematic Digital, you will be responsible for driving business growth through integrated marketing and sales strategies. This is a quota-carrying role that combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on sales execution, focusing on DXP implementation and product sales for B2B/Enterprise clients. Location: Mumbai, Pune Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Industry: IT Services & Consulting Experience Required: 3-8 years Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Revenue Generation: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through direct enterprise sales Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers and key stakeholders including CXOs (CIO/CISO/CDO/CMO), Procurement Heads, and cross-functional teams Pipeline Development: Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and build robust sales pipeline for potential clients Solution Selling: Leverage techno-commercial skills to present solutions Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction Marketing & Lead Generation Content Strategy: Build and execute content/editorial calendar following industry-standard content marketing practices including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, videos, and case studies Digital Marketing: Scale social media presence across platforms, manage SEO/SEM campaigns, and optimize marketing spend based on performance insights Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through multiple channels and nurture them through the sales funnel Event Management: Lead event planning for on-site and digital events, coordinate with vendors and design teams Product Marketing: Develop expertise on product features and lead product marketing initiatives Analytics & Optimization Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints Funnel Management: Implement and optimize automated conversion funnels using marketing automation tools Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and pipeline metrics CRM Management: Manage customer relationships and sales processes through CRM systems Communication & Coordination Client Communication: Handle international calling to B2B customers and maintain professional email correspondence Internal Coordination: Work closely with sales teams, technical teams, and leadership Appointment Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects and clients Stakeholder Management: Serve as key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Experience & Background 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales and marketing Mandatory: SaaS/ERP industry experience International exposure with proven track record in global markets (US, Europe preferred) Experience in Technology, Cybersecurity, or Cloud solutions industry Technical Skills Core Technologies: Deep knowledge in one or more areas - Cybersecurity, DXPs Marketing Tools: Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred), Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, marketing automation platforms Digital Marketing: Proficiency in SEO, SEM/PPC campaigns, social media marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing Key Competencies Sales Excellence: Proven track record in lead generation and metrics-driven sales performance Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with international clients Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Independence: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals Negotiation: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or related field Master's degree preferred in Business Management, Marketing, or Technology What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology solutions Career growth and development opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment Success Metrics Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets Lead generation and conversion rates Customer satisfaction and retention metrics Marketing ROI and campaign performance Pipeline growth and quality metrics * Ready to drive growth at Kinematic Digital?
