Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. You will help young children learn through fun activities, encouraging their growth in a safe and positive classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach & Plan:
• Prepare and teach lessons that support early learning in subjects like reading, math, and social skills.
• Use hands-on activities and play to keep students engaged.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom.
• Set clear rules for behavior and maintain a calm, focused environment.
• Monitor Progress:
• Observe and track each child’s development.
• Share regular updates with parents about their child’s progress.
• Work Together:
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve learning experiences.
• Attend meetings and professional development sessions.
• Support Social Skills:
• Help children develop positive relationships with their classmates.
• Teach conflict resolution and emotional regulation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification (preferred).
• Experience with young children is a plus.
• Great communication and organization skills.
• Passionate about working with young children.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
