Job Summary: We are looking for a caring and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. You will help young children learn through fun activities, encouraging their growth in a safe and positive classroom. Key Responsibilities: Teach & Plan: Prepare and teach lessons that support early learning in subjects like reading, math, and social skills. Use hands-on activities and play to keep students engaged. Classroom Management: Create a safe and welcoming classroom. Set clear rules for behavior and maintain a calm, focused environment. Monitor Progress: Observe and track each child’s development. Share regular updates with parents about their child’s progress. Work Together: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve learning experiences. Attend meetings and professional development sessions. Support Social Skills: Help children develop positive relationships with their classmates. Teach conflict resolution and emotional regulation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Teaching certification (preferred). Experience with young children is a plus.
