Job Description

As an experienced professional in digital transformation of Supply Chain processes, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining Kinaxiss IBP Enterprise Level solution for Pharmaceutical / BioPharma / BioTech Organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or ERP/WMS/APS systems. - Strong understanding of GxP validation, supply chain planning, manufacturing logistics, serialization, and cold chain operations. - Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall project methodologies, ITIL practices, and cybersecurity principles. - Exceptional leadership, communication, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Your key responsibilities will involve: Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: - Leading the creation and execution of a global IT strategy for supply chain systems aligned with business growth and regulatory needs. - Defining a multiyear roadmap for system upgrades, process automation, predictive analytics, and cloud enablement. Enterprise Systems Leadership: - Providing direction for deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of various systems. - Ensuring seamless integration of supply chain systems with other platforms to support end-to-end digital thread. GxP Compliance & Validation Oversight: - Collaborating with Quality Assurance and CSV teams to validate all GxP-impacting supply chain systems. - Implementing secure role-based access controls, audit trails, disaster recovery, and backup policies. Cross-functional & External Collaboration: - Acting as a key interface with various departments to gather requirements and optimize workflows. - Building strong vendor partnerships and coordinating with external stakeholders for data integration and supply chain visibility. Project & Program Management: - Leading global and site-specific supply chain IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met. - Applying ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologies to manage risks and deliver high-impact outcomes. Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement: - Monitoring system KPIs and implementing real-time dashboards and data analytics for proactive decision-making.
