WFH Budget - 80 Lacs Remote Kinaxis RapidResponse Technical Consultant Barcelona Off roll (3rd party payroll Project roles and responsibilities Role Mission: We are looking for an expert in Kinaxis RapidResponse to optimize and improve our existing implementation. The tool currently lacks maturity and does not fully meet business needs. We require a professional who can contribute to its enhancement and evolution, ensuring better performance, integration, and usability. The ideal candidate should have a technical focus (50-70%) with a functional understanding (30-50%) to propose improvements, troubleshoot performance issues, and adapt the system to ongoing business changes. Goals and deliverables Experience: Minimum 3+ years working with Kinaxis RapidResponse. Technical Focus: Strong preference for candidates with hands-on technical expertise over purely functional knowledge. Expertise in the Supply Planning module is mandatory. Kinaxis Data Model Knowledge: Understanding relations between different connections in the model. Workbooks and Planning Algorithms: Hands-on experience with different planning algorithms used in Kinaxis. Deep understanding of supply chain principles (mandatory).Performance Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and solve performance issues in Kinaxis.Scripting and Automation: Experience working with Kinaxis scripts to optimize workflows.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the pharma sector is a plus.Languages: Fluent English (mandatory).Soft Skills: Proactive, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.Work Mode: Full remote.What Will You Do?Optimize and enhance the Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation to meet business needs.Understand and improve the Kinaxis data model, including all connections and dependencies.Configure and fine-tune planning algorithms for better forecasting and efficiency.Work with workbooks and scripts to automate and streamline processes.Resolve performance issues, improving system efficiency and response time.Ensure smooth integration of Kinaxis with other enterprise systems.Document all configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting processes.Collaborate with business stakeholders to align the tool with strategic objectives.Adapt quickly to changes and implement new customizations.
