Kinaxis Functional - Demand Planner

Job Description:

• Hands-on expertise on configuring & authoring Kinaxis Workbooks, Worksheets, Scorecards, Dashboards and Analytics, Custom Alerts & Management.
• Experience in implementing, monitoring and issue resolution on Kinaxis Automation chains, tasks, data errors and integration.
• Involved in interaction with customers for requirement gathering, understanding business process, worked closely with stakeholders across cross-functional teams for gathering, documenting and analyzing Business Requirements.
• Analyze existing tables/worksheets/datasets and optimize the data that is being pushed into and out of Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Working as admin, effectively solved the groupmembership access to the Business users and works with RR support in case of high-level ones.
• Monitoring day-to-day system uptime, performance, and log files
• Working on ServiceNow incidents and bugs in Jira along with Improvements.
