Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Implement Montessori curriculum to foster child-centered learning. Prepare and maintain an organized, clean, and safe classroom. Observe and assess students’ progress, documenting growth and areas of development. Provide individual and group lessons tailored to each child's needs. Foster independence, responsibility, and respect among students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development. Collaborate with other teachers and staff for overall school improvement. Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Montessori education (AMI/AMS preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is a plus. Experience working with young children (preferably 2.5 to 6 years). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a love for teaching children.
