Very poor communication. Untrustworthy. Ordered a LKG bookset online and one book was missing from the set. No one responded properly on multiple follow ups. They neither sent the missing book nor refunded the money for that book.

Hi, First of all I will mention that it's first kind of unique shop to visit in all over Chandigarh. Great variety of books with all subjects available here. you need not to go any were to search for book and online form. According to the dealing of Kumar Book Depot they are worthless. If there is any degrading level below one star, it show be given to them. They should treat customers in nice way, as there way is third class. …
