Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field). Proven experience (1–5 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.). Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
