Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities I nventory & Stock Management Maintain accurate inventory of auto care SKUs using WMS/ERP systems. Conduct audits, ensure FIFO/FEFO, and track shelf life and batch numbers. Goods Inward Management Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of materials. Match GRNs with physical stock and manage QC/quarantine workflows. Order Processing & Dispatch Pick, pack, and dispatch products timely. Adhere to packing norms for chemical goods and combo kits. Handle documentation like challans and e-way bills. Warehouse Organization & Layout Organize SKUs by type and movement. Store aerosols and flammables separately. Maintain zones for combos, bulk packs, and kits. Safety, Compliance & Cleanliness Implement safety protocols for chemical handling, maintain MSDS availability, enforce PPE usage, and manage hygiene for fabric-based SKUs. Team & Process Supervision Supervise staff, assign tasks, ensure SOP adherence, and train on safe material handling and packaging processes. Reporting & System Updates Update inventory movements in ERP. Prepare reports on stock, dispatch, and shortages. Communicate expired or low-stock items. Vendor & Transport Coordination Coordinate with 3P units and vendors. Schedule dispatches and track shipments. Handle returns and in-transit damage claims. Preferred candidate profile - Experience in managing FMCG or chemical-based warehousing - Familiarity with auto care products or lubricants - Working knowledge of ERP systems, MSDS compliance, and logistics coordination

Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients including Distributors and dealers in Automotive after market Identify new sales opportunities, untapped markets, and customer segments to increase market penetration. Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry, including garages, car dealerships, and auto care service providers. Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Preferred candidate profile Demonstrated experience in driving sales and expanding market presence. Deep understanding of Autocare spares & accessories, or a solid background in consumer products/FMCG with a focus on dealer/distributor networks. Ability to work effectively with distributors, dealers, and other business partners to drive sales growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
