We’re looking for a Client Support Manager to join our Analyst Relations (AR) team in a full-time remote role based in India . If you’re highly organized, detail-driven, and enjoy managing global communications across time zones - and are based in India - this is your opportunity to play a key role in supporting top-tier clients and industry analysts on a global stage. Your Role As a core member of our AR operations team, you will manage the execution and coordination of analyst relations programs for leading technology companies. Your mission: to ensure every interaction between our clients and industry analysts is seamless, timely, and professionally delivered. What You’ll Be Doing Scheduling Analyst Briefings & Inquiries: Coordinate calls and meetings between clients and leading analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC). Calendar & Meeting Management: Set up telecoms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) across global time zones, send invites, and manage all logistics. Analyst Target List Curation: Research and maintain accurate, tailored lists of relevant analysts and firms aligned with client focus areas. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain AR calendars, update CRM systems, and generate progress reports to monitor engagements and outcomes. Communication Management: Ensure timely and professional responses, confirmations, and follow-ups with clients and analysts. Attending meetings and documenting minutes of discussion. What You Bring: 5–7 years of experience in customer support, executive assistance and back office administration (AR familiarity is a plus but not mandatory). Strong command of tools like Outlook, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams , and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho). Based in India , comfortable working remotely and across international time zones . Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal. High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
