Role Description The Telecaller Recovery role is a full-time on-site position located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Telecaller Recovery will be responsible for contacting clients to recover pending payments, maintaining accurate records of contacts made and payments recovered, and providing excellent customer service to address any issues or concerns that clients may have regarding their accounts. The role also involves coordinating with the finance team to ensure the timely update of recovery statuses, reporting progress to the team lead, and meeting daily and monthly targets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively Experience in customer service, telecalling, or collections Ability to maintain accurate records and detailed notes on client interactions Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with clients Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and targets High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus Experience in the financial industry is advantageous but not required
