Job Description Department: Sales Position: Sales Executive Location: Rajokri New Delhi Job Purpose The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling leads, conducting client interactions, managing tele-sales platforms, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution. The role focuses on converting inquiries into sales, maintaining accurate records, and building long-term client relationships for business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead & Tele-Sales Management Manage incoming leads from Meta, Google, IndiaMART, and other platforms. Handle tele-sales inquiries and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. Follow up on leads, qualify them as per company criteria, and maximize conversions through calls, meetings, and walk-ins. Review quotations before sharing with clients to ensure accuracy. Follow up for advance and balance payments as per quotation/sales order terms. Client Meetings & Site Visits Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and propose solutions. Present company products/services effectively and highlight key strengths. Maintain professional, polite, and solution-oriented communication at all times. Gather client feedback post-delivery and share with the internal team for improvements. Order Fulfillment & Coordination Coordinate with Admin, Fulfillment, and Workshop teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. Track order progress, keep clients updated, and escalate issues/delays where required. Ensure smooth communication between client and internal departments until project/order closure. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate sales records including leads, quotations, payments, and dispatch details. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as per company process. Ensure data governance and accuracy in CRM/databases for management review. Other Responsibilities Support sales campaigns, export initiatives, and business development strategies. Be a team player and contribute to fostering a positive work culture. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or management. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (tele-sales/B2B/field sales preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Compensation ₹3L – ₹6.5L per annum (Fixed + Variable).
