Role & responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in the IT services sector (ERP, CRM, Digital Services, Website Development) Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, proposal creation to closure Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Conduct product presentations and demos to C-level executives and decision-makers Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor offerings to client needs Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and optimize performance against KPIs Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions Preferred candidate profile Prior experience selling ERP/CRM or Digital Services Familiarity with Coimbatore and surrounding markets Multilingual communication ability (English, Tamil preferred) 38 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Good knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline management Ability to work independently or remotely with minimal supervision
