Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Kannada Curriculum Developer role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Kannada language curriculum aligned with modern educational practices and learning outcomes. Key responsibilities include creating instructional materials, researching pedagogical methods, collaborating with teaching staff, and ensuring alignment with the institution's educational philosophy. The role emphasizes innovation in curriculum creation, teaching strategies, and resource development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
• Background in Education and experience crafting curriculums tailored to unique learning styles and multiple intelligence methods
• Strong Writing and Research skills for creating engaging and accurate educational materials
• Understanding of Kannada language, its pedagogy, and cultural relevance in education
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Prior teaching experience or educational content creation is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Linguistics, Kannada, or a related field
