Position Summary: The Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Director’s Office. This role requires efficiency, discretion, and proactive coordination to assist in managing the Director’s initiatives, official documentation, inter-departmental communication, and school-wide scheduling. The secretary serves as a key communication bridge between the Director and the school community. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of official communications, circulars, and reports Assist in drafting and dispatching school-wide notices, memos, and announcements Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Director and departments, staff, parents, and visitors Coordinate schedules for meetings, programs, and official visits Respond to internal and external inquiries courteously and professionally Documentation & Filing: Organize and archive important documents for audits, inspections, and internal reviews Maintain digital and physical filing systems in a structured and confidential manner Support for Programs and Events: Provide logistical support for school-level events, projects, or celebrations Handle correspondence related to invitations, guest speakers, and event planning Professional Representation: Uphold the image and values of the Director’s Office in all communication Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information Qualifications & Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Strong Organizational and scheduling skills Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, or relevant field preferred Prior experience in a school office or administrative environment desirable Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic documentation software Excellent time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Integrity, discretion, and an organized work approach Working Hours: Full-time | As per school operational hours Remuneration: ₹ 3,00,000/- per annum.
