I had a horrific experience while visiting this showroom today. The behaviour of the staffs is pathetic and they simply don't know how to attend the customer. I think the Group should consider giving them good training for dealing with the customers. Will never visit this showroom again.

Though being Diwali , no sitting arrangement was there. Not many attendant were there to attend customer coming for silver shopping. Though many customer were came to buy Lakshmi games silver idols . But there was no stock . So overall experience was not great on Diwali. Might be at other times people will have good experience.

Pathetic Staff at Noida Sector 18. Nobody was there to attend even though there was hardly anyone in the outlet. The staff was busy doing there own tasks. The lady who finally attended us was least interested in showing us the options.

Very poor service, we went there it was empty. There were no customs except us. All d sales people are rude and they don't care about the customer. They were all standing and chating while we were waiting. Very bad and pathetic experience. Did not except such service from Kalgan.
