Recently I had visited the branch( Gariahat) for purchasing gold items, but I didn't get well behaviour. After purchasing items, the fellow employes didn't attend us and answered our queries. Even after we were there for almost half an hour they didn't offered any drinks even water .

Extremely rude and impolite behaviour. Waited for a long time to buy something and got mistreated (don't know if it was on the basis of looks /status/ age). Anyway it doesn't matter to these people that someone is mistreated or disappointed, but it's for sure that I'm never visiting this place again.

Staff is very cooperative. Good collection in full range. We required very specific design which was not available at this store, the staff immediately contacted other stores and guided us to Camac Street store where it was available. Great effort for customer satisfaction!

Visited here to purchase a wedding ring for my fiancé. They have amazing collections for rings and staffs are polite and well-mannered. One of the staffs Dhananjaya aka DJ had helped me out and spoke about every product in great detail. Would love to visit next time

Total unprofessional behaviour of staff during dhantarus muharat. 1 staff available for delivery, it takes atleast 90min in delivery line. Floor manager not responsive . Request all to avoid this un prof store in future

Its a very large landmark store just before gariahat flyover approach from ballygunge phari side. They have a huge varied collection. The security for social distancing is maintained. The staff is courteous and very well trained to understand the customers needs. Loved my buying experience there.
