The hospitality and service of Kalyan Jewellers is best. The collection is impeccable. They went to an extent of celebrating my birthday in the showroom and that was extremely special. Never did I ever imagine I'd cut a cake at a jewellery store. Thank you Kalyan Jewellers

Pathetic service. The salesman are least bothered about their customers. No one was there to attend. Then one sales man came and was so lazy to show the collections. Overall worst experience.

Their return policy is a joke. Refused to exchange within 24 hours without deducting huge making charge

They got good collection, some unique designs as well. Well organized and trained staff. All of them come at hefty price tags on the jewels. Never seen before wastage (quoted 24% on couple of simple no complex design chains) plus exorbitant making charges (around 5k per piece). Good place to shop if you got premium price to throw.
