Kaja Button Mechanical Technician / Machine Operator

• Operate Kaja button attachment machines according to production requirements.
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and carry out minor repairs to prevent downtime.
• Replace dies, molds, needles, and other machine components as needed.
• Inspect button quality, positioning, and attachment strength during production.
• Monitor machine output and adjust settings for optimal performance.
• Record machine performance, maintenance activities, and production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and factory standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams to meet daily production targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating Kaja button machines (or similar garment machinery).
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems, parts, and basic repair techniques.
• Ability to diagnose common machine issues and perform timely adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
