The Operations Head will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality assurance, and process optimization. This leadership role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and alignment with business goals. Lead and manage production and quality teams to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Operations Management; MBA is a plus and preferably in electrical. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in electrical equipment or electronics. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations. Strong understanding of quality systems, production planning, and ERP tools.
