The Sales Head will lead and manage the overall sales strategy to drive revenue through corporate events, weddings, social functions, room bookings, membership sales. The role requires a strong network, excellent relationship-building skills, and an in-depth understanding of event planning and hotel operations Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase banquet bookings and revenue Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, and other potential partners Identify new business opportunities in the events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments Create attractive proposals and negotiate contracts in line with company policies Collaborate with the F&B and Banquet Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of events Conduct site inspections and ensure the property is presented to potential clients in its best form Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends to position the hotel advantageously Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field 10–15 years in banquet/corporate sales/room sales/Membership sales Proven track record in banquet or event sales, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment Strong network within the corporate and wedding/event planning community Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally Target-driven with strong organizational and analytical skills
