Job Description

Role Overview: You play a central role in shaping how students and teachers experience learning across Robotics, AI, IoT, and related STEM domains. Your contributions span curriculum design, educational tools, teacher training, classroom delivery, and school quality evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, write, and test K12 lessons, units, and projects for Robotics, AI, IoT, Electronics, and Programming. - Review, refine, and write educational content using structured methodologies suitable for K12 learners. - Create, review, or guide the development of visual learning assets like teacher slides, student-facing content, diagrams, and infographics aligned with lesson intent. - Apply sound teaching and learning pedagogies to lesson structure, pacing, assessment, and classroom flow. - Contribute to teacher training programs. - Design, write, and test school audit frameworks to evaluate curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and student learning experiences. - Collaborate with educational hardware and kit developers to align pedagogy, safety, and practicality. - Work with software and platform teams to align the LMS with curriculum intent and teacher-student experiences. - Support classroom implementation by considering lab layouts, tool usage, time constraints, and classroom management realities. Qualification Required: - K12 classroom experience. - Educational content writing experience. - Hands-on experience with educational hardware and software like Microcontrollers, Sensors, Robotics components, Programming tools. - Understanding of teaching and learning pedagogies. - Familiarity with school curricula and frameworks. - Knowledge of educational content writing methodologies including learning outcomes, lesson flow, and assessment alignment. - Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. - Ability to connect educational objectives with real-world applications and student motivation.
