Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (UK Shift) Location: On-site – Noida, Sector 63 Shift Timings: UK Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Description: We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for a survey-based calling process (non-sales) focused on the UK and Australian markets. This role involves outbound voice calls to gather feedback via surveys. Fluency in English is essential. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to UK/AUS customers for feedback and surveys Record responses accurately and professionally Ensure high-quality interactions with customers Follow the process script and maintain call standards Required Skills: Fluent English speaking (Clear & confident) Strong communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge Willingness to work in international shift timings Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate / Language diploma holders Freshers with fluent English are welcome Candidates with International BPO / Voice Process experience will be preferred Should be open to working from Noida Sector 63 (on-site) Salary & Benefits: 💰 Freshers: ₹16,000 (In Hand) 💰 Experienced (Intl.
