International Voice Process Executive (UK Shift)

Location:

On-site – Noida, Sector 63

Shift Timings:

UK Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

International Voice Process Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK/AUS customers for feedback and surveys
• Record responses accurately and professionally
• Ensure high-quality interactions with customers
• Follow the process script and maintain call standards

Required Skills:

• Fluent English speaking

  (Clear & confident)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in international shift timings

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification:

  12th pass / Graduate / Language diploma holders

• Freshers

  with fluent English are welcome
• Candidates with

  International BPO / Voice Process experience

  will be preferred
• Should be open to working from

  Noida Sector 63 (on-site)
