We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) who can drive sales, lead a team, and appoint distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Growth & Leadership Drive sales of Opus backup batteries in your assigned region. Lead, train, and motivate your sales team to achieve targets. Monitor performance and ensure strong on-ground execution. 2. Channel Development Appoint and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers . Build long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure steady growth. Support partners with product training, sales tools, and marketing activities. 3. Market Expansion Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets. Keep track of competitor activities and market trends. Execute regional sales plans to increase penetration in UPS, solar, and agri sectors. 4. Operations & Reporting Manage sales budgets and ensure profitability.
