Key Responsibilities: Development: Lead the development of web applications using PHP, Laravel, and CodeIgniter. Ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion. Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Facilitate professional development and training for team members. Task Creation and Allocation: Break down projects into manageable tasks and assign them to team members based on their skills and experience. Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. Key Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and CodeIgniter frameworks. Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Project Management: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
