Role & responsibilities Design engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, emailers, presentations, and offline marketing materials Edit videos for reels, campaign promotions, brand storytelling, and other formats Create basic motion graphics and animations to enhance visual communication Manage and contribute to social media content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement Support the marketing team in website content updates, campaign rollouts, influencer collaborations, and content briefs Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic decisions Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed to deliver campaigns on time Preferred candidate profile 13 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, and/or digital marketing Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva Bonus: Familiarity with After Effects, Digital marketing tools, or social media analytics Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across departments Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred
