Graphic Design Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, emailers, presentations, and offline marketing materials
  
• Edit videos for reels, campaign promotions, brand storytelling, and other formats
  
• Create basic motion graphics and animations to enhance visual communication
  
• Manage and contribute to social media content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement
  
• Support the marketing team in website content updates, campaign rollouts, influencer collaborations, and content briefs
  
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed to deliver campaigns on time
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, and/or digital marketing
  
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva
  
• Bonus: Familiarity with After Effects, Digital marketing tools, or social media analytics
  
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across departments
  
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred
