Junior Web Designer (Ladies)

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Web Designer with a passion for creating clean, modern, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.

You’ll work under the guidance of senior designers and developers to build, customize, and maintain websites, while gaining hands-on experience in real-world projects and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Customize WordPress themes and manage page layouts using popular builders like Elementor or Divi.
• Update and maintain existing websites, ensuring smooth functionality and visual consistency.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to create landing pages, banners, and marketing assets.
• Optimize web pages for mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO basics.
• Test websites across browsers and devices to ensure proper performance.
• Learn and stay updated with new tools, plugins, and trends in web design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Understanding of responsive web design and layout principles.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Good sense of color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or freelance experience in web design or WordPress development.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap or other front-end frameworks.
• Basic exposure to PHP or MySQL for WordPress customization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Design, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Candidates with relevant certification courses or strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
