Description
Key Responsibilities Design Support Create marketing collaterals such as property flyers, social media posts, digital banners, pitch decks, and hoardings under the supervision of the senior visualizer. Assist in translating visual directions into execution-ready assets. Ensure consistency of design across formats and platforms. Adaptation & Templates Resize and reformat campaign creatives for different ad sizes, screen ratios, and language versions. Assist in maintaining brand templates and standard design elements. Organize files and asset libraries on shared platforms. Collaboration & Learning Attend daily stand-ups and creative reviews with marketing and design leads. Receive and implement feedback constructively to grow skillset. Coordinate with content, sales, and media teams to fulfill creative requests. Visual Enhancement Work with property renders, floor plans, and site visuals to enhance brand storytelling. Source and edit imagery, icons, and basic visual elements for brochures and social media. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or equivalent 0–2 years of relevant design experience (internships/freelance count) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in layout, branding, and composition Preferred Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD Basic exposure to After Effects or any motion tool Understanding of social media design dynamics (Instagram grids, reels cover, thumbnails) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹145,423.38 - ₹671,022.47 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025
