Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Video Production Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in video production, basic editing skills, and fundamental camera-handling knowledge. This is a great opportunity for freshers or recent VisCom/media graduates to gain hands-on experience in the production industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all stages of video production — pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
• Support the team during shoots, including camera setup, lighting, and equipment management.
• Capture basic footage for internal or client projects when required.
• Perform basic video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Organize and manage raw footage, media files, and project folders.
• Work closely with directors, producers, and editors to execute creative ideas.
• Stay updated on current content trends, camera techniques, and editing styles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Media Studies, Film Production, or related field.
• Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year of experience in video production or editing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of camera operations (DSLR or mirrorless).
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Passionate about visual storytelling and eager to learn new production techniques.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Basic understanding of lighting and sound recording.
• Experience with short-form content (reels, promos, or YouTube videos).
• Creative eye for framing, pacing, and visual style.
