About The Role

We are looking for a

Junior Video Editor

who can transform raw footage into engaging and high-quality content for YouTube and social media. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of YouTube editing styles, be comfortable with fast turnarounds, and have hands-on experience with tools like

CapCut, Filmora, or similar editing software

Important Note

Strong understanding of English is a must

(to follow instructions, scripts, and voiceovers).Shortlisted candidates will be given a

time-bound editing task

as part of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into polished content suitable for YouTube and social media.
Add transitions, graphics, text, and SFX to enhance storytelling.
Ensure editing style is engaging, attention-grabbing, and optimized for YouTube audiences.
Deliver projects within short deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with current video trends (YouTube Shorts, Reels, and viral content).

Requirements

Strong understanding of English.
Basic to intermediate experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Filmora, or similar).
Familiarity with YouTube content styles, pacing, and formats.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and subtitles.
