As a Junior Video Editor, your role will involve editing and producing video content, enhancing video quality, adding motion graphics, and ensuring that visuals align with project goals and branding. You will collaborate closely with content creators and creative teams to deliver high-quality outputs supporting marketing initiatives and client projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficient in Video Editing to create polished and engaging content - Experience in Video Color Grading for enhancing video quality and aesthetics - Familiarity with Motion Graphics to create compelling visual elements - Basic understanding of Graphics design tools and principles to support video projects - Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and similar tools - Prior experience in creating engaging content for marketing, social media, or promotions is advantageous **Qualifications:** - Understanding of editing fundamentals: trimming, transitions, audio syncing, color correction basics - Ability to work with different aspect ratios and formats for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.) - Basic knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects (a plus, not mandatory) - Ability to follow creative briefs and adapt to different editing styles - Script-based editing is an added advantage The company requires a portfolio showcasing your editing ability, including a small reel or 35 sample projects from college projects, freelance work, or personal projects.
