The role at 70 EMG involves creating captivating visual content for pitch/mood films, event after movies, showflow films, and social media activation videos for prestigious events, festivals, IPs, and Weddings. As a Video Editor and Filmmaker, you will bring these projects to life from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include scriptwriting, incorporating music and dialogues, adding graphics/effects, and assembling raw materials to produce the final output. Collaboration with the internal creative team is essential to align the content with the brand philosophy and vision. You will manage and coordinate video projects and shoots for event aftermovies, overseeing all stages from pre-production to post-production. Efficiently editing aftermovies, organizing data, and selecting the right shots for the final film are crucial aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you must maintain a streamlined workflow to enhance productivity, embrace innovation, and experiment with creative ideas. Staying informed about emerging filming techniques, equipment, and vendors is essential to deliver high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should possess a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Film studies, Cinematography, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing and Filmmaking is preferred. Strong multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to convey narratives through visuals are highly valued.
