Junior UI/UX Developer

As a UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience, you will be based in Lower Parel, Mumbai and will have the following responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with various departments such as Business Development, Developers, and Project Managers. - Develop user-centric designs by analyzing competitors, data, and technical constraints and opportunities. - Generate user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes efficiently to conceptualize new ideas. - Keep abreast of competitor products, features, and industry trends to incorporate them into the design process. - Conduct UI/UX audits and tests to refine existing designs and enhance the customer/user experience regularly. - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless transition from design to development. - Demonstrate the ability to establish cohesive design systems. Key skills required for this role include: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Back-end Development principles, and SEO. - Excellent communication and time management abilities. - Strong attention to detail, coupled with an analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Experience in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.,
