Junior UIUX Designer

Are you passionate about designing intuitive user experiences and creating beautiful digital products? UI/UX Studio is looking for a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design while working alongside a talented team of professionals on real-world projects. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define user experience goals.

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.

Refine and iterate on existing designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs that align with user expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides and UI pattern libraries.

Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges.

Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design processes, and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
