Junior UIUX Designer

As a Junior UI/UX Designer at UI/UX Studio, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define user experience goals, and create engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define user experience goals. - Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications. - Conducting user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors. - Refining and iterating on existing designs based on user feedback and usability testing. - Working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs that align with user expectations. - Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive design documentation, including style guides and UI pattern libraries. - Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges. - Participating in design critiques and providing constructive feedback to team members. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in UI/UX, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. - Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design processes, and best practices. - Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively. - Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with the requirement to work in person. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of total work experience and a passion for designing intuitive user experiences and creating beautiful digital products.
