Junior UI/UX Designer

As a Junior UI/UX Designer in our Frontend Designers team, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating unique, user-centric products and experiences. With 1-3 years of experience, you will collaborate with agile teams including developers, UX designers, and copywriters to bring your design vision to life. Your expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator will be essential in crafting intuitive interactions and seamless user experiences. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to effectively communicate your design ideas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, present and defend your design decisions based on design principles and industry standards, and stay updated with the latest trends in the field. Your strong portfolio showcasing your work and hands-on experience in creating design assets will be key in this role. Having a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, you should possess a deep understanding of front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript. Your problem-solving mindset, creativity, and ability to work in an agile/scrum development process will drive the success of our projects. Being open to feedback and continuous improvement is crucial as you collaborate with team members across different locations.
