Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Junior Technician to join our team in the CSSD department at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in healthcare technology and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain medical equipment and instruments in the CSSD department.
Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies for procedures.
Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgeries and operations.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies or complications.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment plans.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records systems.
