To coordinate and participate in a variety of nuclear medicine procedures; to operate radiation detection and measurement instrumentation. To calibrate and draw up radiopharmaceutical materials for administration to patients; formulate radiopharmaceutical materials from pre-prepared kits; to ensure radiopharmaceutical quality, route of administration and the accuracy of dosage before giving it to the patient and to take precautions to avoid misadministration. To report to RSO and the nuclear medicine physician of any mishap in dispensing/administration of dosage to the patient or any unusual incident. To assist RSO in maintaining records of inventory, use, waste disposal of sources and other safety matters. To maintain professional conduct, good communication skills, and confidentiality in the care of patients. To be part of the Quality Initiative Improvement & protocols of the department & organization. Qualification: M.Sc-Nuclear Medicine or Bachelors in Nuclear Medicine Technology, PG Dip. In Nuclear Medicine.
