Job Description

Submittals:

Prepare submittals (PDF drawing exports, reports, DSTV files and others as required as per client's specific standards)
Communicate with internal teams to address any submittal issues or revisions.

Software & Hardware Support:

Install, Update, and maintain production software (e.g. Tekla, Autodesk, SDS/2)
Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware issues and support equipment distribution.

3. System Maintenance & File Management

Under guidance from Senior Tech - regularly review and organize directories, to remove outdated or unnecessary files.

4. General IT Support

Provide first-level technical support for common hardware and software issues.
Assist in onboarding new employees
by setting up hardware, software, and user accounts.

5.Supplies & Inventory Management

Monitor and restock
basic IT supplies such as cables, keyboards, and mice.
Track equipment checkouts and returns to ensure proper inventory management.
