We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Talent Recruiter to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Post job openings on various platforms and maintain recruitment databases
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support on boarding tasks and documentation for new hires
• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports
• Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 0–1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships count)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
