JUNIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST

As a Junior Sourcing Specialist located in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in the sourcing and recruiting process. Your responsibilities will include evaluating procurement needs, conducting contract negotiations, and applying analytical skills to assess sourcing strategies. Day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing candidate applications, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and collaborating with the procurement team to meet organizational needs.
