Role Overview

Junior Software Engineer


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop backend services in

    Python

    for data processing and analytics.
  • Work with

    PostgreSQL

    for basic data retrieval, joins, and schema understanding.
  • Create frontend components in

    TypeScript

    for data visualization.
  • Experiment with

    LLM APIs

    using simple prompts; learn prompt engineering techniques.
  • Write basic unit tests and maintain code quality.
  • Collaborate with senior team members for guidance on architecture and design.


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Python and basic knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of software testing.
  • Curiosity for AI/LLM applications and willingness to learn prompt engineering.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to new tools and challenges.
