Junior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to support web-based use cases.

• Collaborate with web developers to integrate AI features into frontend and backend systems.

• Test and iterate prompts to improve response quality, reliability, and user experience.

• Build prompt templates for common workflows (chat, form filling, data extraction, summarization).

• Analyze AI outputs and fine-tune prompts based on user feedback and performance metrics.

• Document prompt logic, best practices, and reusable prompt patterns.

• Stay updated with the latest AI models, prompt engineering techniques, and web technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI integration, or Web Development.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Basic experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, REST APIs).

• Hands-on experience using AI tools / LLMs (ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

• Understanding of prompt techniques such as:

• Zero-shot & few-shot prompting

• Role-based prompting

• Structured output (JSON, tables)

• Basic knowledge of API integration and webhooks.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI-powered chatbots or copilots.

• Knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL).

• Understanding of UX/UI principles for AI-driven interfaces.

• Exposure to automation tools or workflow builders.
