Job Description

Generate new business opportunities through direct marketing, field visits, and corporate networking.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with Production, Pre-Press, and Planning teams to ensure accurate job execution.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging and print solutions.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and product presentations.
Ensure disciplined reporting and adherence to company SOPs.
Experience: 3–5 years in Sales & Marketing (Preferably in Printing, Packaging, FMCG, or Industrial Sales).
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Age Group: Young, dynamic professionals ready to grow into leadership roles.
Industry Preference: Exposure to Packaging, Print, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi knowledge preferred).
Location: Bengaluru-based candidates preferred or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
Ready to undergo technical training in Print & Packaging.
